Well I went there about a month ago and found them quite overpriced (mostly), I bought two dresses there, neither were known brands, and they cost $14 and $18 (but they are adorable). However! There was a pleather Dolce and Gabbana mini skirt there, tags still on, for $17, so maybe the people that decide the prices just have no concept of value haha :) Salvos stores and always the cheapest/best :)
